Job Title: EY Learning Support Assistant


1 x 7.5 Hours (12:45 -15:15 Tues, Weds, Thurs) 38 weeks per year

Learning Support Assistant

Start Date:  January 2025

Salary: Grade 3 Point 4-6 FTE £24,404 - £25,183

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Forest Academy, where we are striving for excellence every day for every child. We are looking for an LSA to support us on this journey.  The role will include one-to-one work, taking small groups and providing classroom support.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a positive attitude and boundless enthusiasm

  • Have commitment to children’s learning and social and emotional development

  • Have a willingness to learn from others and to share his/her own skills, knowledge and understanding

  • Be forward thinking and solution focussed

  • Have experience of working with children with a wide range of needs
